ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT

Assistance in drafting specifications and support to the designer in choosing the most suitable solution for the work to be performed.

QUALITY TESTS

- Analysis of the grain size curve of the sand, both directly on site and in the laboratory through Camsizer.
- Compression resistance test of sand and aggregates.
- Bending, resistance, and compression test of the screed.
- We check the drying of the screed with a carbide hygrometric meter. A release declaration shall be issued on request.
- Adhesion and tear tests.
- Wear resistance test according to the BSXXXX method.
- i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid complies with the requirements of UNI EN 13813.

ON-SITE INSPECTION AND PROJECT ANALYSIS

In agreement with the client, we offer technical support to the management and technicians of the work before the start of the works on site, the activities preparatory to the proper execution of the works are planned, and all aspects of the works to be performed are defined.

SUPERVISION AT THE SITE

i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid provides an on-site vision service. One of our technicians will assist the installation team and assist in all phases of the project.

We provide specifications for sand and cement supplies. At the request of the customer, we carry out material picking, verifying compliance according to project specifications.

THE PERFECT DRYING PROCESS

As our installation manuals indicate, the i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid screed must be optimally ventilated to achieve the perfect result. The manual gives specific indications about the ignition of radiant systems to have perfect drying. i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid has drying times with the best performance in terms of technology and timing on the market.

SITE INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION

Before laying the screed takes place a second important inspection of the construction site. All previously performed services are evaluated and verified, and documentation will be produced.

RELEASE AND DELIVERY

The release declaration begins at the construction site with the analysis of the grain size curve of the sand, the removal of the material for the verification of resistance to compression and bending, and ends with the measurement with a carbide hygrometer. Finally, the guarantee release is issued. Warranty: each yard is insured up to a maximum of 10,000,000 euros.

We perform free-of-charge sand particle size curve analysis, compression, and bending strength tests, carbide hygrometer measurements, and other tests. Theoretical and practical courses for technicians and installers

i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid offers an exclusive training course for technicians and installers. The courses are carried out in a specially equipped shed; the course lasts four days and addresses issues regarding the regulations and practical aspects with real tests of laying at our facilities.
